I bought this set because I had the free space in a corner of my living room I thought the set would fit into perfectly. I wanted a pub set to remind me of my travels in Ireland, where the pubs were fun places full of music and great beer. This set is very beautiful and fits that image perfectly. The only minor gripes are that I'm not sure the ring in the bottom of the stools will support your weight if you need to push up to get a better seated position. The other minor gripe is that the table wobbled a little bit, but this was easily fixed with a thin slice of cork from a bottle of wine. A great value for the money.

Set came packaaged very nicely. Table was supposed to be dark cherry but came light cherry. Looked great so that was fine. Assembly was easy enough. Had a couple glitches, one of the wood dowels was not drilled out properly so had to cut it down and and redrill hole in leg. Threads on on of the holes was off as well but bolt finally went in with extra effort. Only real thought is that the stools should be 30" instead of 29". Didn't really notice until I put it all together and table though a pub table felt a bit high even for my 6'2" frame. Overall quality is very nice.

The delivery came fast. Once we got our pub table set displayed, it looked very nice. A good set of furniture for the price. This set enhanced my elegant kitchen.

When The first chairs arrived (2) one was damaged. That was very quickly rectified and a new one arrived two days later. The directions for assembly are not great and need to be addressed. The look and feel of the chairs and table are wonderful and are a great addition to our home.

I am putting a "Man Cave" together wanted a nice look. Saw these and they arrived yesterday, good quality wood, very solid and matches the bar i ordered. Will definately order another set if I have the space and highly recommend for others to buy. thanks alot Hayneedle!
