Manufacture warrants their products to be free of manufacturing defects to the original purchaser for five (5) years. If there is a frame failure within the first five years of ownership, the manufacturer will repair or replace at their opinion. Manufacturer warrants the powder coat finish for three (3) years from date of purchase, including pealing or blistering. Warranty period is one (1) year for cushions, garden accessories and lighting. This limited warranty applies to residential use only. This warranty does not cover, and is void if the damages are caused by acts of nature. Fading cushions, mildewing, cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, glass and leg leveler is not covered under this warranty. Due to the unique nature of the hand-applied finishes, fading and wearing of hand-applied finishes is not included in this warranty. Parts are replaced when possible, however equal value replacement will be offered in the even of product discontinuance. When requested, proof of purchase and/or a photograph must be provided to the manufacturer, or its representatives, when requesting parts, replacements or repairs.
