    Delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition. I did use customer service and he, in turn, had Sunset Trading call us because the screws did not fit into the holes. It is not fully assembled.You must screw the swivel to the base and then to the underside of the seat. A friend came over with the right tools and had it together in 20 min. Sunset Trading, Scott, just said to put the screws in the base close to the others that were not the right size holes. It's exactly what we wanted and are pleased with the quality.
