We received our first shipment of stools and both were cracked. We then received a replacement set and they r both cracked!

These stools were so easy to purchase. I bought them on a Thursday and they arrived FULLY assembled on Saturday. I can't believe the free shipping is that fast. The color was exactly how it appears online. They go perfectly at my breakfast bar and the kids love them too. Highly recommend. If I had more room, I'd buy two more.

These chairs are a perfect match to the island we bought with it. Look more expensive than they were.
Service and delivery comments:
Very quick delivery. When we got the chairs, we didn't notice a crack in the seat of one of them until the box and packaging was broken down. I called the company, they refunded the money for both chairs, made a new order for two chairs-they come in a pair, and when they came two days later, we took out one, and replaced it with the broken one. They sent a prepaid return shipping label. I called Fed-Ex and they came the following day. The whole thing took so little time and was so easy.
