    I was in search of a bar stool to replace a damaged one of four. The retailer I had purchased the four original bar stools from no longer carried them. This one looked very similar on-line and the sizes were the same, the price was right so I took a chance and ordered one. It is very similar to my existing bar stools in size and color with the exception of having a much nicer finish. The new one is far more comfortable than my existing bar stools. Now I wish I had four from Hayneedle to save the battle for who gets to set on the comfortable bar stool. I found this product to be an excellent value.

    Really nice stools except for the nail trim around the seat. The trim is really plastic with a few cheap nails holding it on. The nails starting breaking loose the first week with the plastic trim sticking out. I just took them off to stop the scratching. It's a shame that a good product is compromised by cheap features. Very light use in the home of 2 seniors.

    If you think you might want 2-4 order the 4 then return. Order all you might want first then return unneeded items. Ordered 4 then wanted 6. The next 2 were way differnt color. The first 4 were perfect color, the next 2 were ORANGE. Tried 2 new ones & they were also ORANGE. Decided to stay with 4 instead. Customer service was pretty good through all of it. Had 1 person that didn't do what she was supposed but others way made up for her mistake. Company has stood by their product without any problems. Delivery is super fast.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I have family members on the larger side need to make sure they don't sit on these due to the weight limit. The metal(plastic) nail border is a little uneven around the stools. Looks good in our kitchen. Works for the kids while they are younger. Plan on upgrading when they are older. These work for now & go great with the granite.

          Service and delivery comments:

          Delivery was quick. Recieved one with mold all over the seat. (gross) Customer service never heard of it happening before. Told us to toss the whole stool & they sent us a new one. It was here in a couple of days. Ordering 2 more for a total of 6!
