I was in search of a bar stool to replace a damaged one of four. The retailer I had purchased the four original bar stools from no longer carried them. This one looked very similar on-line and the sizes were the same, the price was right so I took a chance and ordered one. It is very similar to my existing bar stools in size and color with the exception of having a much nicer finish. The new one is far more comfortable than my existing bar stools. Now I wish I had four from Hayneedle to save the battle for who gets to set on the comfortable bar stool. I found this product to be an excellent value.

We wanted backless and small seat, combining wood and black, and this was perfect. As it turned out they arrived quickly and on time, and even though we are very handy in assembly, we were unable to get the legs equal. We ultimately decided to return the product, and we were credited before they said it would go through. The customer service is EXCELLENT.

I'm very pleased with my new stool which is both sturdy and comfortable. I'm able to swivel 360 degrees without moving the stool. I placed the order on a Monday and I was assembling it on Thursday. Gret company to deal with.

ordered 2 24" barstools but what i got was 1 29" and 1 24" but when i called customer service they were quick to get a refund for me for the 1 barstool and then i reordered another 24". I would shop with this company again.

If you think you might want 2-4 order the 4 then return. Order all you might want first then return unneeded items. Ordered 4 then wanted 6. The next 2 were way differnt color. The first 4 were perfect color, the next 2 were ORANGE. Tried 2 new ones & they were also ORANGE. Decided to stay with 4 instead. Customer service was pretty good through all of it. Had 1 person that didn't do what she was supposed but others way made up for her mistake. Company has stood by their product without any problems. Delivery is super fast.
