We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us by 01/15/2010. Returns will not be accepted for this item after that date. The item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item. Personalized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
