Customer service folks are nice but the process is very inefficient. Took over 7 weeks to get a replacement stool for one that was shipped totally wopper-jawed. Problem was eventually resolved but only after lots of hassle.

Exactly as pictured. Great in my modern kitchen. Seen these in magazine/tv programs and loved them. Came in perfect condition. Height adjustable is the only way, anyone can be comfortable.

These stools are at our counter height island in the kitchen. The swivel feature is useful, and the seats are comfortable as bar stools go. They are a bit heavy to move when returning them to their place, vacuuming, and cleaning. But, this is a minor consideration since you do want heaviness for stability and substance. Overall, these are quality stools that are pleasing to the eye.
