      I purchased three of these stools. One of them had a quality problem. I called customer service and they immediately replaced the stool. Customer service is great but the stool is hard to assemble with the tools that are supplied. I would definitely purchase products from this company again..

        These stools are great but the service from Hayneedle is even greater. One of my stools was damaged when I got it and I email Hayneedle and they got right back to me about replacing it with out causing me any inconvenience. I will go back to there website in the future.

          Love the design, but was misdirected about "fully assembled." We had to call customer service because of the flat metal swivel and the rounded seat. It just wouldn't fit. However, they assured us to use force and the screws would tighten and the metal would bend.
