Not only did it arrive so fast, but the way it was packaged was surprising. I saw one at a box store on the shelf in a thin flat box. This was more than twice the size. Under the styrofoam barrier sides, was each individual piece wrapped in protective material. No dents, scratches, broken, or missing parts. The assembly was tight and firm with the included wrench. Directions should include the need for Philips screwdriver, and rubber mallet. The faux leather fabric to cover the bottom of the stool was the greatest attention to detail. Stapled on one side, it pulls back to allow assembly before velcroing back into place, providing a great detail to furniture that sits 29" high. The only tweak I will have to make is replacing the plastic floor protectors with some felt ones for true hardwood floors. The floor protectors are on, no need to hammer them on yourself.

legs became extremely wiggly, even after tightening the bolts/ screws. there was just something wrong with the 2 we purchased. one of the supported leg bars that go across, broke, making the chair even more unstable. the other chair felt unsturdy as we touched it. The legs moved from side to side (again, we made sure the screws were as tight as tight can be) [...]. we threw out the stools and have purchased another set.

Had read reviews that stool was wobbly after being assembled. We put together using clamps as we went along. All joints were extremely tight. Looks great. May be buying two more in the near future.
There was a single washer missing but fortunatly we have a shop full of them.
