For one chair the hole pattern was slightly off and one wooden leg was twisted. We were able to make 5 good chairs out of the 6 and we are returning/exchanging the 6th for a new one. [...]The kids are happy with the chairs - soft and big base so they are more sturdy. Nice color and material. We look forward to using them. They look "rich" in my kitchen bar-height eating area.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow, although it is only a one page sheet, but when tightening the screws that hold the legs on, the nut that was already in the leg pulled out. I was able to screw it back in, and get the stool assembled. We bought 4 of these stools and 2 went together great, and 2 had the nuts pull out of the wood. My only fear is that although I got the stool assembled, I am afraid it will loosen again in the future. If that happens, I will probably take the stool completely apart and use Gorilla Glue on all the nuts where they turn into the wooden parts. Really comfortable and great looking. I just hope they stay together.

I ordered 3 of these, 2 were perfect, one had some fit issues with the stringers for the legs. Spoke to customer service and they quickly remedied the situation with no hassles. But these are excellent bar stools for the price and would definitely order again. Shipment arrived in less than 48 hours and I chose the standard free shipping. Assembly instructions left a little to be desired but if you take your time putting them together everything will be fine.

Exactly as descibed, free shipping, fast delivery, easy transaction... what more could you ask for. To be fair, they could be a bit more stursy, but I have kiddos and everything couls be a bit more sturdy! Thanks a million!
