      Absolutely beautiful -- looks great in any setting. Very sturdy; you don't have to worry it might topple over. Thick cushion is very comfortable to sit on. This stool came assembled.
      I had previously bought two barstools of same design but with backs, that had to be assembled, and were easy to assemble.

          Very sturdy, well made and attractive. Has the appearance of a much more expensive barstool. Only negative to me is the foot rest needs something to protect the finish from wear like metal strip or nailheads.

            The bar stools are used at the kitchen counter.

            Recently two hex screws came loose. We have to go to the hardware store to buy a hex wrench to tighten these screws. We would have appreciated receiving the small hex wrench with the shipment of the stools.

            Q1: What color is the padded seat on the oak stool?

            A: It appears that the cherry stool has a black seat, but that the oak stool has a different color. True. The lighter Oak finish has a neutral or cream colored seat. The darker Cherry has a black ribbed seat fabric.
