One of the stools has swivel seat off center.
Another of our 3 stools has 2 legs that the holes don't line up to accept both the screws.
2 of the 3 stools were flawed.
We are satisfied that they are strong enough to only have 1 screw at each leg ( on 2 of the 4 legs ).
As for the off center swivel seat, we can't hide that at all, so we have that stool in the corner where it is least noticeable

The stools arrived on the date promised. The sturdiness matched the picture on the website. Beautiful design. Instructions are confusing and some parts/screws and washers didn't match the assembly instructions. Overall, we are enjoying the finished product.

We purchased six of the Boraam Magellan stools. The different hues of the stain blend in well with other pieces of furniture. My husband liked the fact that the footrest used two screws attached to each leg instead of one, for additional strength and stability. They easily slide in and out and don't weigh a ton, for great mobility. We feel they are a great value for the money. If the seat cushion should ever wear out, it will be easy to cover in leather, then you have a higher end stool.

After receiving a stool that was a returned item from another customer,( shipping and receiving mistake) I called and let customer services know what happened and a new stool was sent to me right away. Very happy with the NEW stool. Will continue doing business with Hayneedle companies.

This really dresses up any room. Could not decide which height to get so just got two to start with. The 29" is a bit tall for a kitchen island, so plan to get some 24" ones and put these with the living room bar/server. The color gradient of the wood will match any other wood furniture. Good value for price.
