Purchased 3 barstools for a bar height countertop in my kitchen. Item arrived 2 days late, 2 had minor damages (nicks on leg), the other wood was defective and had nicks on the legs. I called HayNeedle to tell them about the defects on the items, they offered me $15 off of the 2 minor defective stools which I could touch up myself. And they told me to donate the 3rd defective stool and they would send out another stool. I am a single female and the chairs for me were difficult to put together.
Service and delivery comments:
Was suppose to get delivered on a specific date. They were not. I called to check on the order and they said they would not arrive for another 5 days. 2 days later the barstools arrived. They clearly don't know how to track an order.

By the time you take them out of the box, the wood is already chipped. They are unstable and very difficult to put together. This is the worst purchase I have done in a long time. We do not recommend anyone these chairs.

I ordered 4 of these for our basement bar. We had a get together the other day and I had several comments that the stools were really comfortable. I have a contemporary style and a small budget and these stools worked right into our decor. I am going to order 2 more to finish our bar.
