      Be careful. Ordered 8 of these. 7 were o.k. the eighth was a totally different color. Also. parts were missing and some holes did not line up. Unless you are "handy" and have tool knowledge don't count on things fitting like the website or manufacturer claims! Hayneedle treated me well but the supplier seems to have a problem with consistent product quality!!!!!

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              The barstools came on time for Christmas, as advertised. They were easy to assemble, looked good, were sturdy; but they were not the color of wood I expected. From the picture I thought they were a dark stain, but they were cherry. I wish this information had been put in the ad. I am not happy with the color.

                    We use the stools to add extra seating for large gatherings. The stools are very comfortable and sturdy for the price. Would have been a better fit if the cherry was a red color rather than the brown...unfortunately they are not offered in "Red Cherry".
