Excellent Barstool. Ordered and 2 days later was delivered. 10-15 minutes to assemble each stool and currently setup in my basement bar. Good quality.

On the seat to back install one of the holes didn't line up and couldn't be set. On the legs one of the holes on the top circle not lined up and couldn't set.
Shipping was fast, return was fast, credit was fast. Other than the product defects it was a very smooth and easy transaction both ways.

The design is what caught my eye, but the quality is also far better than many I've seen in stores nearby. It was even fairly easy to assemble. I made a mistake on my original order (ordering the counter 24" height) but I called, arranged a return and reordered the correct size -- no problem.
