I purchased 5 of these barstools in December. They were hard to assemble (each one took an hour)as the predrilled holes didn't line up quite right and in some instances, were much smaller than the bolt. They looked great when they were finally together. Unfortunately after three months of occasional use, 4 out of the 5 stools have had bolts fall out of the chairs numerous times. We even went as far as using Gorilla Glue to keep the bolts in (they are now stripped from the number of times they have had to be put back in). The company has been working with us to either return them or get a discount but it's very time consuming and cumbersome to pull apart 5 stools, find boxes to return them and pack them all up.

The metal screws and bolts were easily stripped with standard tools and the seat cushion would not attach to the base. I have built many pieces of furniture over the years and this is the first one that stumped me. I am returning it.

with respect to holes aligning for install, 2 out of 3 boxes that were opened had holes that did not line up. the screws used at the very end were not long enough for their need. WOULD DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMEND

It is well made and looks great - the wood is nice it's overall very comfortable. It's sturdy feeling but still light weight enough for our kids to be able to scoot them in/out

I purchased the Bar stool for my Kitchen counter. The color is just right for the room. I did think however, that I was receiving Cherry color wood with Black upholstery as that was what the picture showed. What I got was Dark brown. Like it still.
