We purchased 4 of these stools for our kitchen island after looking at the same product in the $800 price range at high end contemporary retail stores.
These stools are just as nice as the others we saw. They were easy assemble (although it took a few minutes to figure out how to engage the air lift lever...so don't be alarmed if it seems loose/broken when you first try to use it....just give it a good push IN to engage it). The stools look fabulous and are completely sturdy. Amazing to me that the retail stores are trying to charge so much. We're thrilled!!

The bar stools were easily assembled and were exactly what we were looking for in an outdoor barstool. The only issue we have is the ABS plastic scratches very easily.

Love these! Bought 3- only gave 4 stars because one of the chairs had rust on it.
And I didn't find out until after purchasing them that the weight limit is 200lbs
But other than that- these are beautiful, and gave my home a polished look..

Plastic ring on base of the leg arrived broken. I called and asked for a replacement. The directions do not indicate that you have to sit on the stool in order for the lift mechanism to engage. I thought that the stool was defective! I was very happy when I called to report this and was told that I would receive a refund. I immediately called back to report that I had figured out how the stool works and was told that I would either get a new part or a discount. Both Curtis and Raphael were very helpful.

Product was exactly as advertised. Quality was amazing for the price. I was concerned they would be really cheap looking/feeling. That was not the case. I am very happy with these. Very easy to assemble too.
