This chair is exactly what we were looking for in our new remodel. Sleek design fits nicely with our counter. The assembly instructions could be a little clearer and one of the chairs didn't go together perfectly but a little tweaking and it looks just fine. If you have hardwood floors, floor protectors are a must or the legs will damage the floor.

The chairs are great. Very well made - sturdy! I do wish it would swivel a bit easier - but that might come with time. I also wish the ends of the legs were a bit larger to put floor protectors on... the rubber nubbies have already dented the floor when the felt pad I put on came off... so - I'm looking for different protectors for it.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was great - prompt - however I was somewhat concerned when I got an email telling me they wouldn't deliver to the address I provided... then a day later giveing me a confirmation they had been shipped? Rather confusing... however - I would certainly use them again!

After searching all over for solid, heavy bar stools for our kitchen, we found these and took a chance on purchasing without actually sitting on them. They arrive with the back, seat, swivel, and legs all separate. The assembly is not very difficult and the fit was actually quite good. The stools are solid when assembled and have a narrow footprint while maintaining stability when a 3 year old climbs up on his own. They are comfortable though the bar at the top of the back is what hits you when you lean back. I don't lean back in a bar stool, so it's not an issue, but if you lean back with a lot of force for extended periods of time you might want to consider the alternative design in this line. It doesn't bother any of my family. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the stools have to be assembled instead the entire unit being welded together in one piece. But... overall, you simply can't beat these for the price. We would definitely purchase again.

Product came with dents in metal stool legs, probably from careless packing or the shipping process. Ordered 4 stools, missing several assembly screws, had to use my own.
