We love the barstools and they go perfect with a black and pewter pub table we bought. Our experiences with Hayneedle was great. One stool was damaged, we called them, they gave us the info, sent us a return ticket which told us who to call to pick it up, ordered a new stool and it was done. No problems at all.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I was a little hesitant ordering something I couldn't see and, touch. After talking to the sales person on the phone, we went over measurements and all dimensions. The price was the best one I found and we even got a discount for ordering a quantity of 4. The order was received really fast. One barstool was damaged, no problem, pack it up and it was picked up and a new stool delivered with no hassles at all. The stools go great with a black and silver bistro table we ordered. I just wish the seats were leather. The leg bottoms also need some kind of protection so they don't scrape the floors. We went to [@] and got some felt to put on the bottom.

I am satisfied with my barstools, they were easy to put
together & they are sturdy. They took a couple of extra days to get them than expected. On the down side, I have hard wood
floors and they do not come with any type of floor protection.
