The product is great, the service...well so far not impressed. I called twice because there was a part missing for the black barstool. Not a big thing, I just need it but I called twice to mention what is going on and twice I had to leave a message and I have yet to receive a call back...
Just for that it gets 3.5 out of 5 otherwise a 5

The product is great. Bought 3 for our boat last year. Still holding up. Easy to clean. They were cheaper last year by almost $40. By the way, next time need to include a small note to remove the cap before assembly of seat so that it can adjust up and down.
